About the Role

Discovery Parks is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to bring strong leadership, structure, and continuous improvement to our team.

✔ Establish and maintain cleaning standards, procedures, and training programs

✔ Oversee rostering, budgets, and stock control

✔ Develop maintenance schedules for cabins and public areas

✔ Lead and train a strong, skilled team with ongoing workshops

✔ Drive WHS, chemical handling, and safe work practices

✔ Bring fresh ideas to enhance operations and team performance

• Proven experience in housekeeping management is essential
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to implement policies and maintain high standards
