About the Role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Park Manager to take leadership of a thriving tourism operation in one of Australia’s premier holiday destinations.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team across administration, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture with a strong focus on team performance and development.
  • Full P&L management and accountability.
  • Driving revenue growth and business performance, working with revenue business partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring high operational standards in asset management, compliance, and park presentation.
  • Taking a hands-on approach to all aspects of park management, including after-hours responsibilities.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader who brings strong hospitality or accommodation-based management experience and a growth mindset. We seek someone who can confidently step into the position with the expertise to lead and elevate the needs of the park and the guest experience. Importantly, you will bring with you a passion for the holiday park lifestyle!

 We are looking for these essential skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven and demonstrated experience in managing, developing and training staff
  • Strong computer skills, especially in the MS Office suite
  • A sound understanding of margin management and operating within budget
  • Demonstrated experience in cost controls, and working within budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in taking full ownership of a park operation
  • Previous experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (desirable)
  • Current valid drivers license

As Park Manager you are required to live on site - so in addition to an attractive salary package, live rent free, including electricity and water, in accommodation provided for you as part of your total remuneration package.

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
