The Role

We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Guest Service Receptionist.

This role starts on Monday, September 2nd and will run through to Christmas, with the possibility of extension.

Monday: 8am - 12 noon or 10am - 2pm

Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 2pm

Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Respond to voicemails and email requests from guests, and follow up with potential guests who have enquired via email.
  • Make and manage guest bookings using RMS booking system
  • Accurately record and maintain detailed logs of calls and emails.
  • Provide guests with information regarding property features and accommodation options.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless and exceptional guest service.

**The successful candidate should live within reasonable commuting distance to the park as accommodation is not offered with this role.

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in RMS or similar accommodation booking system essential
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A warm, welcoming telephone manner that enhances the guest experience.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and email enquiries effectively.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a passion for exceptional guest service.
  • Availability to work the specified shift pattern.
