The Role

You will join an established team of Graphic Designers within our larger Marketing department, offering plenty of room to grow as a designer and contribute to the strategic branding solutions. You will help facilitate the creative development of internal and external communication working across multiple brands and stakeholders. You will manage local park collateral, promotional presentation material, HTML email and digital communications and advertising, and other internal and external marketing material as required.

You will manage the creative process from concept to final production ready art and apply your skills to maximise the effect of our brand in the market and to ensure all communications are on-brand.

The role will require you to:

-         Design and develop marketing communication and collateral across all brands ranging from national, through to regional and local print and digital ads

-         Opportunity to work alongside the design and marketing team to help create new brand identities and refresh existing

-         Act as brand identity custodians through the policing of official style guides across all brands

-         Assist in improving processes and streamlining workflows for the creative team

-         Implement and manage the production flow for the printing and distribution from the supplier of marketing material, park collateral, ads, event collateral, signage and more

-         Offer creative input toward promotional material, campaigns and launches in conjunction with internal departments and agencies across all brands

Your Experience

To be successful in the role you will have relevant Tertiary qualifications and commercial experience from within a similar role. You will have excellent understanding of visual communication/design and production. You will have a thorough working knowledge of Apple Mac Systems, applications for design, Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, Acrobat and the Microsoft suite. 

You will have strong project management skills, high design standards with exceptional attention to detail. You will consider your communication skills one of your strengths and pride yourself on your stakeholder engagement skills. You will have experience in developing creative solutions for a broad range of platforms, both traditional and digital, and can interpret a brief through to production. You will have great technical skills and have a natural desire to stay on top of technical advancements and trends.

You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and flexibility to be successful in meeting the business demands at G’day Group. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
