The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist/Housekeeper to be the welcoming face of our park and assist the housekeeping team as required. Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs
  • Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Clean and prepare guest accommodations and communal areas to the highest standard.
  • Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Completing the day-to-day office administration
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests

As accommodation is not available with this position you should ideally live within reasonable commuting distance to the park.

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Current drivers licence essential
