This subtropical 8 acre property offers Deluxe safari tents, a range of deluxe and superior cabins, powered and ensuite caravan sites. The great facilities on offer ensure this property is busy throughout the year with many guests returning on a regular basis.

The Role

We are seeking a Park Attendant for a mix of front office, housekeeping and grounds upkeep. Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Front office administration including guest check-ins and outs, managing reservations and guest accounts
  • Housekeeping including cleaning of guest accommodation and common use areas
  • Grounds upkeep to ensure the park presents beautifully at all times
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests

What we look for

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Previous experience in grounds keeping
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Current drivers licence essential
