About the role

We're looking for a hands-on leader to help keep our park running smoothly and looking its best. In this role, you'll:

  • Maintain park accommodations, facilities, and amenities.
  • Oversee general grounds upkeep, including landscaping and irrigation.
  • Manage daily operations and respond to after-hours callouts.
  • Assist with guest check-ins, arrivals, and overall guest experience.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization.
  • Inspire and support the team to deliver top-tier service.

About You

You're a proactive and experienced professional who can confidently step up in the Manager’s absence and contribute to the smooth operation of the park. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in grounds & maintenance tasks (trade qualifications highly regarded).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping for a large property or holiday park.
  • Financial management and budget oversight expertise.
  • Tech-savviness, with experience using RMS or similar reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Flexibility and availability for weekend and after-hours shifts.
