The role

Adbri Concrete currently has an opportunity for a Quarry/Mine Operator to join the team at our Alice Springs Quarry on a permanent full time basis.

Our Quarry Operators operate a variety of mobile and fixed plant and equipment, including loaders, excavators, graders, dump trucks and crushers.

Currently we are specifically experienced operators in front end loaders. Additional training will be supplied for other machinery as the role and individual experience develops.

We offer a very attractive hourly wage and a friendly team environment.

What you will need to succeed

  • Current RII competencies for front end loaders for loading customer trucks
  • Current drivers licence
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Must be accepting of occasional manual labour when required

You will be asked to complete pre-employment checks including medical, drug and alcohol and criminal history.
