Concrete Batcher

The role

We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, mechanically minded person to join our supportive team as a Concrete Batcher. 

Based at our Littlehampton site, this full-time permanent opportunity will see you receiving training in how to operate the automated and computerised systems that dispense pre-mixed concrete to our agitator truck drivers.

This is an excellent permanent, full time opportunity if you are seeking to expand your skills and branch into the construction materials industry. Responsibilities – full training provided

• Use system to dispense concrete to our agitator trucks
• Order and reconcile raw materials
• Operate mobile equipment
• Uphold safety, health and environment standards
• Perform basic plant maintenance & general housekeeping

About you

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Able to manage your time and work efficiently
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks and organise your work effectively
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work self-directed and in a team
• Reliable with a positive work ethic
