About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as a Casual Oral Health Experience Officer in our contact centre. At the Integrated Services Unit within DHSV, our Contact Centre serves as the first point of phone contact for our consumers. Our centre is open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. As an Oral Health Experience Officer, your role is to ensure that the organisation continues to deliver high-quality patient-centred services that improve our patients’ experience. This role goes beyond telephony, as we offer support through TeleHealth, Webchat, email, and general administrative tasks.
In this casual position, you'll play a key part in making a positive and lasting impact on the oral health industry, all while enjoying a flexible work opportunity. Skills required are:
- Previous contact centre experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong and comprehensive understanding of customer and patient care processes and techniques.
- A passion for connecting with patients and engaging with them in a friendly, professional manner, whilst fostering positive, long-lasting interactions.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Great organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and respect.
- Experience in working with a variety of tasks in an administrative environment.

Salary
No set shifts but min commitment of 20 hours per week, working across 5 days and must be able to commit to one full week in their first week of induction.
