About the role

The Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) project represents a significant multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiative at DHSV, revolutionising how we deliver oral healthcare services.

We're seeking a strategic Change Manager to drive the successful implementation of Titanium, our enterprise-wide oral health management system. The Change Manager will design and execute a tailored change strategy that addresses the distinct needs of clinical staff, administrative teams, and patient care workflows in a healthcare setting.

As the Change Manager, you will oversee the project’s change management and transition tasks, identify risks and issues, develop risk and issues resolutions, write progress reports, and develop work schedules. You will be able to work with the team and collectively reach the project milestones and play a key role in ensuring the project’s change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by maximising employee adoption and usage of the enterprise application (Titanium).

You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes and systems in addition to providing input in the development of the implementation and training plan.

About the role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with the unique demands of both clinical and administrative personnel, ensuring smooth transitions and effective patient care.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments, specifically focused on clinical operations and the delivery of patient care, to identify and address potential challenges before they arise.
  • Create and manage clinical workflow transition plans that ensure uninterrupted service and care continuity during system implementations, prioritizing minimal disruption for staff and patients.
  • Lead proactive stakeholder engagement, fostering strong relationships with clinical leadership, dental practitioners, and support staff, to build trust, ensure alignment, and promote collaboration throughout the transformation process.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading change. management for technology implementations.
  • Professional certification in change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent) with evidence ideally with practical application in healthcare settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare workflow optimisation principles, clinical systems implementation, and digital health transformation.
  • Demonstrated strong experience in working closely with clinical staff and healthcare professionals, fostering strong relationships to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and support key stakeholders will be crucial in driving successful change initiatives and achieving organizational goals.
  • Experience with largescale organisational change projects.
  • Experience developing change management strategies and plans.
  • Experience creating change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.
  • Current or previous experience managing change for Systems Implementation. projects and / or working within healthcare, public service or government would be highly regarded.
