Based at Mawson Lakes, we’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help implement our people strategy and drive a high-performance, values-aligned culture.
In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to provide generalist HR guidance, support complex case management, and leverage our HR initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, performance and development to achieve departmental goals. Through building effective relationships, you’ll play a key role in fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and future-focused workplace.

We’re after someone who’s proactive, people-centric, is prepared to roll their sleaves up, and thrives in a dynamic small- medium sized company environment.
Five to 10 years HR experience. Defence or technical industry experience is a bonus, but not essential.
While this role is available in a permanent full-time capacity, we are open to exploring part-time and flexible options.
