About our Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales professional to join our successful team, someone who can work with high levels of autonomy to ensure a healthy work / life balance.

In this role you will be focused on developing the South Australian based Regional Accounts and new business opportunities to continue to build the market for PaperPak’s range of products.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager – PaperPak, and working closely with a dedicated team, this role will suit a candidate that has the desire to take their career to the next level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellence in customer service and maximising commercial outcomes
  • Maximising wallet spend for all existing South Australian retail Regional Accounts
  • Growing margins for all accounts
  • Targeting, developing and winning new business to exceed budget requirements for the South Australian market
  • Identifying market opportunities and areas of product innovation.

About You

As the successful applicant, you will:

  • Have demonstrated success in managing customer accounts and delivering exceptional service.
  • Be a strategic thinker who can plan and implement a targeted approach for maximizing sales
  • Plan effectively, prioritise, multi-task and take a creative approach.
  • Have highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build credible and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess good communication skills coupled with strong commercial acumen
  • Have resilience and determination, with high levels of personal accountability and integrity
  • Be detail orientated and highly organised
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have proficiency using Salesforce, Excel & other Microsoft applications
  • Work with autonomy to ensure a healthy work / life balance.
