About the opportunity

We’re now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team and help us achieve our growth targets.

Based in Brompton, SA and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your key focus will be on driving growth from our existing customer base through high levels of engagement and the provision of exceptional service. It’s an exciting time to join us!

This is a permanent full-time position, but we may consider reduced hours spread over 5 days per week.

About you 

In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:

  • Manage, support and grow our existing customer base via phone and email.
  • Pitch and present creative solutions to grow sales to existing customers and encourage repeat purchasing and range extensions.
  • Contact existing customers as new products or service offerings are introduced.
  • Answer enquiries, provide quotations and process orders.
  • Support our online customers to self-service or qualify them to be directed to the sales team.
  • Manage the Sample room and arrange dispatch of samples as required.
  • Provide back up to the Business Development Managers as required.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven success in a similar role of servicing a broad range of customers across industries such as food and beverage, retail, small business or corporate events.
  • The ability to present solutions to customers, making it easy for them.
  • A genuine commitment to providing a great customer experience.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise. 
  • An energetic, fun, and engaging approach.
  • A drive for getting results and enjoyment from being part of a team.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (Salesforce and Shopify)
