Product Manager - Assessments - Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our assessments team. You will be responsible for defining, guiding, and leading the vision of our assessment products. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and identify opportunities
• Conducting market and competitive research to inform product strategy and roadmaps
• Defining product requirements based on research findings, customer feedback, and internal priorities
• Leading the delivery of products and features by working closely with engineering teams
• Monitoring key metrics and synthesizing insights to optimize product design and performance
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, especially in the assessments space

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping successful products
• Deep familiarity with the assessments space
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
