About the Role: 

An important leadership role the Regional Services Manager will work to inspire, lead and manage a cohort of our Managers in our Regional Services team. With change currently taking place in our ways of working this will be an important role that guides, supports and ensures this change is smooth and ensures alignment to our strategic vision and values particularly in relation to our engagement with our regional teams and their boards. This role will be offered as a Fixed Term contract until June 2026. 

Our ideal candidate: 

Reporting to the General Manager Regional Services you can demonstrate a wide range of skills from team development and mentoring through to planning and supporting the delivery of strategy and operations. Experience with project management will help embed evolved functions of operation and will support your collaboration across our organisation to ensure consultation and solutions support the delivery of our services and meet the governance standards required to be effective in our role. Your strong communication and influencing skills will ensure you deliver effective messaging and build strong stakeholder relationships with our internal team and across the various RDP Boards.
