A Digital Business Analyst is an experienced member of the D6 team, who is also a consultant, effective listener, and storyteller. As a Business Analyst, you can effectively translate technology tech-terms into clearly articulated business speak. This is a key client facing role, with delivery responsibilities.

 

What you'll do as a D6 Business Analyst 

· Work closely with clients, understanding their business needs, analysing processes, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness through technology.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.

· Drive stakeholder engagement through workshop facilitation, owning, documenting, and presenting detailed information.

· Work with various technical and business teams and senior leaders as appropriate, to drive delivery based on best practices, standards, and Agile methodologies.

 

What skills and experience you bring

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience working in agile environments on technical projects including data engineering, business transformation, DevOps, Cyber security or infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a consulting capacity.
  • Experience working on complex and ambiguous projects with all levels of stakeholder.
  • Ability to define, document and assess current state processes, constraints, and risks to ensure the right problem is being solved.
  • Ability to think creatively, conceptually, and outside of the box.
  • working knowledge of, and experience using, modern collaboration tools such as Miro and Figma as well as the Microsoft suite of office tools.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technology, whatever flavour, and solutions.
  • Genuine and personable communication skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, organisational and time management skills.
  • Analytical by nature, curious, and with a desire to learn.
