About the Role

We are looking for carers to join our team, working with NDIS participants and aged care clients across the Western Suburbs.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Promoting independent living
• Providing transport and community access

About You

We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:

• Cert III Individual Support
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
• Experience providing complex care will be highly favoured.
