About the Role

We are looking for carers to join our team, working with NDIS participants and aged care clients across the Western and Northern Suburbs.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Emotional and behavioural support
• Personal care assistance
• Promoting independent living
• Providing transport and community access

About You

We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:

• Cert III or IV Disability
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
• Experience providing complex care will be highly favoured
