WHO WE NEED

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team and manage a Commercial Cleaning portfolios across the Sydney Metro region.

Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial portfolio within the Sydney Metro region, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients across the portfolio. You will supervise a high performing team through solid delegation, coaching and leadership capabilities. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Managing the service delivery and performance of daily cleaning operations across a portfolio of commercial sites. 
  • Provide strong leadership, training and support to your teams so they are empowered to do their best.
  • Build and maintain effective and lasting client relationships. 
  • Be client focused ensuring a high level of cleanliness and excellent customer service.
  • Driving adherence to performance standards across the portfolio in accordance with SOP’s, policies and service expectations. 
  • Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements. 
  • Implementing initiatives to drive a high performing and safe work environment. 
  • Provide regular reporting and operational analytics.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

To be considered for this role, it's expected that you will have:

  • Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites (Essential).
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred).
  • A valid driving licence (required).
  • Current Police Check (required).
  • Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team. 
  • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment and processes, chemical handling, and WHS requirements. 
  • Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded however, not essential. 
  • Very high attention to detail, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • The ability to motivate your team and empower them to deliver the highest standards. 
  • Good presentation, communication skills and a fluency in English.
