WHO WE NEED

Challenger is seeking an experienced full time Sanitation Team Supervisor to work at one of the leading national food manufacturers. This is a critical role, in which you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food and hygiene and supporting a high-performance team. You will ensure that high service delivery standards are met based on company and client expectations. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and manage a food production cleaning team of up 5 cleaners
  • Act as the first point of contact with site management
  • Following schedules and standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
  • Ensuring the highest level of quality standards are maintained with the support of your team
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Must be available to work day shifts, Monday to Fridays
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a food production environment
  • Must have experience in food processing cleaning, including high risk and high care environments
  • Have knowledge of HACCP and GMP
  • Have experience in rostering and timesheet approval
  • Have a good understanding of the WH&S processes
  • Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
  • Good presentation and grooming
  • Sound communication skills
