WHO WE NEED?
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and manage one of our Commercial Cleaning Portfolios. Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients across the portfolio. You will supervise a high performing team through solid delegation, coaching and leadership capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?
- Managing the service delivery and performance of daily operations across a portfolio of commercial sites.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting client relationships.
- Driving adherence to high performance standards across the portfolio in accordance with SOP’s, policies and service expectations.
- Driving role clarity and service expectations amongst the site based operations teams.
- Ensure all team members are effectively inducted, trained, skilled and supported to do their best.
- Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements.
- Implementing initiatives to drive a high performing and safe work environment.
- Provide regular reporting and quality assessment.
- Be flexible to oversee rotating shifts across a 7 day operation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED?
- A valid driving licence.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites preferred.
- Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team.
- Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements.
- Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded however, not essential.
- Very high attention to detail, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to motivate your team and empower them to deliver the highest standards.
- Good presentation, communication skills and a fluency in English.
- Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
