THE ROLE:

Crystalbrook Vincent is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead, develop and inspire our team of hard working and high performing team of passionate perfectionists!

Our new Executive Housekeeper will report to the Hotel General Manager and oversees and directs the cleaning activities for the entire hotel.  Working closely with other department heads, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organising and enhancement of the entire housekeeping operation whilst ensuring impeccable standards in the delivery of our excellent guest experience.  

ABOUT YOU: 

Your talents will include: 

  • A strong track record of leading large teams in the luxury hotel sector
  • Extensive management experience - a natural leader who inspires others and empowers people
  • Proven experience of managing finances and accounts
  • Skilled in executing operational budgets and consistently achieving financial targets
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT proficiency and an ability to leverage technology to drive results
  • A guest centric mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service and experiences
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Accountable and resilient, with a natural confidence to handle high pressure situations
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating schedule, including weekends
