ABOUT YOU:
The position reports to our Food and Beverage leaders and works alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.
We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our venues. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!
You will need to demonstrate:
- Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
- A current QLD RSA Certificate
- Availability across a 7-day roster - AM and PM shifts
- A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
- An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
- The ability to set up and pack down conferences and events using initiative and great time management skills
