The Role:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Events Operations Manager to lead the Events team at Crystalbrook Vincent in Brisbane! If you are a natural leader, have a passion for Food & Beverage and a knack for creating unforgettable guest experiences, we want you to join our team.

You will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, working alongside an ambitious team who are all about crafting extraordinary experiences for our guests. This role will oversee our conferences and events ensuring they are nothing short of spectacular whilst boosting revenue, crafting memorable moments and building strong relationships with everyone who walks through our doors.

About You: 

Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste. You will lead our amazing team of collaborators to elevate our guest's experience to ensure we are always the venue of choice.

You will be excited to showcase the following skills/attributes:

  • Proven experience managing or supervising conference and event operations in a hotel setting. 
  • A current QLD RSA Certificate 
  • Availability across a 7-day roster - AM and PM shifts 
  • A confident, engaging, guest focused personality with a passion for delivering memorable experiences 
  • Natural leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superb time management and organisation skills - you are a master of prioritisation!
  • Success in delivering profit and controlling costs
