Crystalbrook Collection is redefining hospitality, and we need a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level. Reporting to our Area Director of Marketing and Communications, our Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead digital strategies that drive direct revenue for Crystalbrook Riley, Crystalbrook Bailey, and Crystalbrook Flynn—including their restaurants, bars, spas, and events. You will play a crucial role in increasing brand visibility, website traffic and online conversions through paid media, SEO, CRM, and content marketing.

The role:

  • Develop and execute innovative digital strategies that increase direct bookings for our hotels, restaurants, and spas
  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads and other digital platforms
  • Lead SEO strategy and website content management to improve search rankings and visibility
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to expand audience reach and develop targeted campaigns
  • Work with the sales and revenue teams to create promotions that drive conversions and meet consumer demand
  • Track, analyse and report on digital performance, focusing on website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta for Business to gain insights and drive optimisation
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and financial reporting, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Develop compelling, on-brand content for social media, PPC ads, and campaign landing pages
  • Maintain and update digital platforms with promotions, events and key brand messaging
  • Grow and engage social media audiences, working with the marketing coordinator to track and analyse trends
  • Work closely with agencies and suppliers on digital marketing initiatives, including PPC and search meta
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand messaging, company goals, and industry best practices

Key experience/qualifications required:

  • Significant experience in digital marketing, customer relationship management, public relations and copywriting
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytic including SEO tools, SEM, social media, email marketing and analytics
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skill with an eye for brand storytelling
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to drive ROI through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
