THE ROLE:

Reporting to our Area Facilities and Asset Manager, the Assistant Maintenance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Maintenance Department at Crystalbrook Riley. This position is crucial in maintaining our high standards of presentation and operational efficiency, ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition for both guests and colleagues.

The role is responsible for the daily activity of the team - including scheduling and prioritising activity based on operational demands. Team leadership and quality assurance along with budget management and preventative maintenance planning are all part of this varied and interesting opportunity.


ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking applications from trade professionals with proven supervisory experience in a similar role.  Those demonstrating the following are encouraged to apply:

  • A strong motivation for delivering excellence with a natural ambition and collaborative approach to teamwork  
  • A solid understanding of the importance of WH&S and the ability to manage and monitor multiple maintenance projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communications skills, attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit 
  • Strong financial and administration skills along with the desire to be part of a forward thinking, innovative and growing company
