THE ROLE:

This full-time position reports to our Executive Housekeeper and includes duties such as:

  • Supervise our Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned
  • Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team
  • Empower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintained 
  • Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests expectations 
  • Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas 
  • Compliance with WHS processes and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services 
  • Assist in on-the-job department and staff training  
  • Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures


ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations in the hotel industry 
  • Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others 
  • A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focus 
  • Your attention to detail is second to none
  • Good organisation and time management skills 
  • Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
  • The ability to work across a full time schedule
