Duty Manager - Paper Crane

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations of the venue whilst on shift and in their absence. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests, production of quality food and high standards of service. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality professional who can:

• Naturally demonstrate an inherent desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations
• Help manage a passionate team by providing ongoing development and feedback
• Assist in managing schedules, staffing levels, and ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
• Foster a positive work culture, by providing consistent feedback, coaching and ongoing training to our team
• Promote marketing strategies to maximise sales

ABOUT YOU:

• Prior experience leading teams in a Food & Beverage environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for the culinary arts and dedication to delivering an exceptional dining experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
