The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this exciting role puts you at the heart of our guest experience! You will ensure Front Office shifts run seamlessly while delivering outstanding service. As a leader, you will inspire, motivate, and create exceptional first impressions.
This dynamic position covers smooth check-ins and check-outs, precise administration and compliant business management. With your natural enthusiasm, you will champion Crystalbrook Collection, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, unforgettable experience every day!
About you:
To be successful in this position, we are seeking individuals who naturally demonstrate:
- A genuine passion for hotel collaboration, bringing bold leadership and a track record of elevating exceptional service standards
- Recent Hotel Front Office leadership experience, from luxury establishments
- Strong IT skills - Opera Cloud would be useful although is not essential
- Obsessed with guest experience - you are motivated to deliver the best of service standards
- A hospitality expert, ideally with a tertiary qualification in Hotel or Hospitality Management
- You are fueled by ambition and positive energy, always striving for excellence
- A people-first collaborator, blending creativity, respect and engagement to build strong, productive and dynamic teams!
