Reporting to the Director of Revenue and Channel Performance the Portfolio Revenue Manager is accountable for the execution of revenue management across a defined portfolio of properties. The role exists to optimise total revenue performance and profitability by actively managing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies in collaboration with property teams and the wider commercial function

This position supports maximising commercial outcomes and market share growth through data-driven analysis, system optimization, and revenue management best practices.

You will:

  • Participate in weekly revenue meetings to evaluate performance, adjust rate strategies, and track effectiveness
  • Provide weekly call summaries to property and leadership
  • Monitor competitor pricing and proactively recommend property strategy changes
  • Manage daily rates and restrictions to optimise revenue
  • Partner with hotel teams to develop annual revenue budgets
  • Ensure revenue and reservation systems are optimised
  • Research markets and hotels to understand historical and future performance

You will also evaluate market share reports, amenity recommendations, OTA strategies, dynamic pricing, forecasts and more. Training property staff and adhering to standards and policies is also required.

You Have:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and contribute to an environment promoting success.
  • Minimum four years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and forever changing environment.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills
  • An interest in #responsibleluxury and sustainability practice is desired.
