Role: Full-time Pastry Commis Chef

Role Purpose:

With a passion for local produce and flair for extraordinary pastry, you are eager to be part of something fantastic in the Byron Bay Dining Scene!

  You will collaborate with our guests by:

  • Creating amazing pastry with the best of produce
  • Role modelling proper workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Providing a warm and engaging service experience

Your many talents will include:

  • Technical talents that would make any MasterChef judge weak at the knees.
  • Demonstrated experience in a contemporary dining setting.
  • Sound knowledge of WH&S legislation and Health regulations.
  • Super cool nature under pressure.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across a 7-day roster.
