Nestled on Level Three of Crystalbrook Bailey in the Cairns CBD, Pachamama is our vibrant, Mexican-inspired open-air bar in the heart of Cairns. Our guests are ready to dive into a menu bursting with bold flavours and sip on sensational cocktails while soaking up the lively atmosphere, great music and dancing that keep the energy high!

THE ROLE:

Reporting to our General Manager and leading a passionate crew, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable dining and conferencing experiences for our guests.

We are all about maintaining top-notch service standards and showcasing our food and beverage with style and flair! You will work across dinner, room service, pool side and exciting events - using your organised and resourceful approach to enhance and inspire those around you!

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this position, we are seeking individuals who naturally demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Supervisor, with relevant experience across the hospitality service industry
• A natural creative flair with strong organisational skills
• Experience in leading small teams of staff and inspiring their days with ideas, structure and creative planning
• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and speciality in high quality service
• Ability to prioritise and work in fast-paced environment
• Availability across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays 
• QLD RSA essential
