Arte. is a bespoke, sustainable bar at Crystalbrook Bailey that feels distinctly like your corner store locale. Brandishing an ever-changing array of boutique bio-dynamic Australian wines and international wines - by the glass or bottle - no two days will be alike, with new wine varieties to explore upon each return visit.

THE ROLE: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for Arte at Crystalbrook Bailey in Cairns with an unwavering passion and flair for wine and Food & Beverage.

ABOUT YOU: 

We are looking to skilled and ambitious restaurant staff can display: 

• Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments.  
• Strong knowledge of wine to best showcase our fantastic wine selection to our guests
• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high quality service. 
• Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs. 
• In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge.  
• The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required 
• Friendly and confident communication skills.   
• WSET level 2 or an equivalent wine certification/knowledge - desirable 
• QLD RSA essential 
• Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays 
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
