The practice is owned and operated by Corryong Health, operates five days a week and integrates seamlessly with other services.

Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our dedicated team at Corryong Health. You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our medical practice to ensure quality care and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the patient experience through continuous improvement initiatives
• Recruit, manage and develop practice staff, nurses, and general practitioners
• Maintain quality standards and accreditation requirements
• Lead and influence a positive culture focused on collaboration and safety
• Maximise revenue through effective application of funding programs

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in practice management
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Proficiency with practice software and digital applications
• Expert knowledge of Medicare, PRODA, HiCAPS, NDIS, DVA and other requirements
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Professional interpersonal abilities and integrity
• Commitment to privacy and confidentiality
