The Role:

As a Cellarhand, you will deliver exceptional service where required and provide back-of-house support to both admin and F&B staff regarding all stock movement throughout the venue. Assisting the team to bring to life some extraordinary events hosted in our iconic Hotel.

The right candidate will have:

• The ability to handle and move kegs and heavy furniture.
• Experience working with cooling systems, beer lines, and the use of cellar equipment (desired, not mandatory).
• Be reliable and capable to work alone.
• Great communication & interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail & commitment to high standards.
• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is essential (or willing to obtain one before you commence work).
• Forklift experience desired but not essential.
