As a Chef, you will assist in maintaining an efficient kitchen operation, ensuring all meals are high-quality and prepared promptly. You will utilise a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to create dishes based on a seasonal menu, practice effective stock rotation, and minimise waste.

We are offering a casual position, up to 30 hours per week across weekdays and weekends!

The following skills, behaviours, and qualifications are essential:

  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher.
  • Proven kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and training abilities, with a talent for motivating teams.
  • Flexibility to work various hospitality hours.
  • Skilled in conflict management, maintaining composure under pressure, and thriving in an unsupervised setting.
  • Minimum of 3-Years industry experience is required.
