ConocoPhillips is a leading oil and gas company, based in Houston, TX, and is hiring a SharePoint Administrator & Power BI Report Writer for contract positions. The SharePoint Administrator & Power BI Report Writer is capable of writing Power BI reports to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of our SharePoint environment, as well as designing, developing, and implementing Power BI reports to support business requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage, maintain and support SharePoint farms, site collections, libraries, lists, and content.
  • Design, develop and implement SharePoint workflows, forms, templates, and web parts.
  • Manage and monitor SharePoint permissions and access levels for users and groups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues, errors, and problems.
  • Create and publish Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design Power BI solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI data models, queries, and calculations.
  • Train and educate end-users on how to use SharePoint and Power BI.

Basic/Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee or asylee.
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.
  • Understanding of SharePoint security and permissions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with business users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Position Comments:
