Job Description:

We are looking for a SAP Trainer to organize and facilitate training for the users. This assignment will be for 1 month. This project is heavy FI and MM so that is also a good area for someone to know.

The primary responsibility will be to organize the SAP-provided training and work with the functional teams and the business to coordinate the training sessions. The only training this person would provide will cover SAP overview topics such as navigation, user settings, and other foundational elements to ensure users are comfortable with the system. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and organize SAP-provided training materials for end users.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to align on training needs.
• Facilitate training sessions focused on SAP S/4HANA basics (e.g., navigation, user settings, etc.).
• Ensure training schedules are well-communicated, and resources are prepared.
• Track user participation and collect feedback to measure training effectiveness.
• Provide additional support for user questions and issues during training sessions. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience working with SAP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Functional knowledge of SAP navigation, user settings, and core system functions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Experience in facilitating or coordinating training programs is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Prior experience in SAP implementations or supporting SAP end users.
• Familiarity with training tools and materials provided by SAP.
