We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft compelling content across various formats, including social media posts, webpages, thought leadership articles, newsletters, and internal email communication. The candidate should have excellent command of English, a keen interest in learning about SAP technologies and Cognitus’ product portfolio, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and relatable content. 


Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B content writing, marketing, or a related field.  


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop engaging posts to promote Cognitus’ solutions, events, and updates on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. 
  • Create impactful and persuasive landing pages for marketing resources such as whitepapers, eBooks, LinkedIn event pages, and webinars to drive engagement and lead generation. 
  • Research and craft thought leadership articles and webpages to position Cognitus as an industry expert and showcase the value of SAP solutions. 
  • Write professional emails and PowerPoint presentations for internal announcements, including celebrations, employee spotlights, branding, gifting, general notices, and event invites. 
  • Excellent learning and research skills to learn about Cognitus’ product portfolio and craft compelling content to promote the same in different formats. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create and release a quarterly HR newsletter with updates on policies, events, achievements, and business breakthroughs. 
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication aligned with Cognitus’ tone and branding guidelines. 
  • Ensure all content meets high-quality standards in grammar, tone, and accuracy. 
  • Conduct competitive research to stay updated on SAP technologies, B2B tech content trends, and Cognitus’ offerings to create relevant and impactful content. 


Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Fluent in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B content writing, marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with IT, SaaS, or enterprise software industries is preferred. 
  • Experience creating emails, newsletters, and templates for internal announcements, events, and HR-related communications. 
  • Ability to craft engaging and accessible content, including blogs, social media posts, and customer-facing communications. 
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles for blogs and landing pages. 
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and simplify technical topics, especially around SAP solutions. 
  • Meticulous approach to maintaining brand consistency across documents, emails, and communication materials. 
  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams like HR, marketing, and sales. 
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables effectively.
