Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data to ensure costs are within budget

• Budgeting: Creating budgets and forecasting expenditures for projects

• Financial reporting: Reporting on the financial progress of projects to senior management

• Financial policies: Implementing new or revised financial policies and systems

• Financial collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholders to project financials are as per the plan.

Other responsibilities of a PMO professional include:

• Supporting projects and programs independently

• Working closely with the project manager or delivery manager

• Managing resource management, work planning, and tracking/reporting status

• Coordinating risk and issues

• Ensuring quality control

• Managing governance activities
