SAP Order Management & Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order Management & Contracts Specialist to support our client’s onsite operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP (Sales & Distribution module - SD), Contracts Management, SAP RRB (Resource-Related Billing), Pricing, Order Management, Delivery, Shipment, and Billing. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end order processing and contract execution.

SAP Order Management & Contracts Specialist

·      Lead and manage SAP S4 projects and daily business requirements for OTC track.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, and end-users.

·      Follow SAP Activate Methodology and deliverables.

·      Ensure project milestones are met within agreed upon timelines and budget.

·      Address potential risks and issues, offering effective resolutions.

·      Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the multiple business areas.

·      Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards.

·      Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

·      At least 6-10 years of SAP experience in Sales and Distribution/Order to Cash.

·      Minimum 1-2 full life-cycle implementation experience.

·      Good overview of Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4 and its peripheric integration (CRM, Document management, Finance, Logistics and warehousing)

·      Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP Order to Cash processes (CRM integration, Order to Billing, Pricing, Customer Master Data, RRB (Resource Related Billing)

·      Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment

·      Open to travel as part of the client’s needs. Up to 25% Travel may be required as per need.

·      Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence

·      Strong communication and presentation skills

·      Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.

·      SAP Activate Methodology experience.

·      Exceptional leadership, organizational, team management and multitasking skills.

·      Excellent communication, client facing and stakeholder management skills.

·      Ability to travel as required.

 Preferred:

·      Strong knowledge of Contract Management, SAP RRB, Pricing, and Invoice Processing.

·      Relevant Associated SAP Certifications

·      Experience with Rollouts and Support.

·      Project Management methodology – Agile, Waterfall, Activate etc.
