Your Role:
- You will be responsible to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset.
- Build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results.
- Develop a strong customer base in a fast paced retail environment.
- Required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactively implement effective sales strategies with your team.
- Demonstrate a dynamic attitude with a passion for retail, committed to going above and beyond in customer service.
- Proven ability to drive sales through exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Your Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in supervising a team of at least 10-15, in a bustling retail or service environment.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Have an optimistic and a can-do attitude approach to the team to elevate store and individual performance.
