Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Bring your enthusiasm and passion to this busy Store Supervisor role at our Coach Emporium store.
  • Responsible for working alongside our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Communicate our brand vision, drive store results, and develop a strong customer base in our fast-paced store.
  • Support the store manager and assistant store manager in implementing sales strategies, monitoring store and employee performance and morale.

Your Contribution and Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years prior experience as a Retail Sales Associate/ Team leader.
  • Effective communication skills, including interpersonal skills to adapt communication depending on interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills, along with an understanding how to use systems (ex. POS).
  • A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the businesses trading hours.
  • An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands.
  • Previous Experience supervising at least a team of 10-15.
