Your role: 

You will bring your enthusiasm and passion for working in retail, where you'll build, lead and inspire our amazing team at Coach QVB to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base in our beautiful boutique store, located in the historic and iconic shopping centre in the heart of Sydney CBD.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills. You'll have the opportunity to continue growing your career and have the chance to travel interstate and overseas for development opportunities.

Skills and Experience: 

Having previous experience working in retail or in the customer service industry, in a boutique environment, would be preferred but not essential. You must have at least 2 years previous experience in managing a team of at least 5-10. You will also need to have a strong sense of business acumen and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. You must have a flexible schedule to meet the trading needs of the business.
