Due to continued growth, we’re looking for another talented Final Trim Grader Operator to join the CMC team.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team working on our projects throughout Queensland and Northern NSW.

This is a full-time, permanent role where your skills and experience will be recognised and rewarded.

With many projects currently on the go plus more to come, you will bring your expertise to our experienced, collaborative project teams where safety and quality are paramount. 


About you

To join our team you will need the following:


  • Current RII Grader ticket;
  • HR Driver’s Licence;
  • Minimum of 3 years final trim grader experience with GPS, UTS & free hand.;
  • Strong road construction knowledge – TMR preferred but not essential;
  • Sound understanding of occupational health & safety regulations;
  • Commitment to safety with a track record of safe work practices;
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception;
  • Ability to multitask, and be self-motivated;
  • Be willing and able to work away from home on various roster cycles based on project requirements – meals and accommodation will be provided.
