The Opportunity:

Come and join our team! We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our house in Tarneit. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Providing support in everyday daily activities around the residence
• Providing support with hygiene and personal care
• Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
• Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
• Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
• Work according to clients Behavioural Support Plans

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience as a Disability Support Worker
• NDIS Clearance - You must already hold a valid NDIS Clearance to be considered for this position
• First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
• Experience managing behaviours of concern
• Manual handling experience

What shifts do we offer:

We have a variety of shift times available across the week, such as the below:

• 06:00-10:00  
• 07:00-11:00 
• 07:00-14:00
• 07:00-15:00
• 14:00-22:00
• 15:00-23:00 
• 23:00-07:00 (active)
