Help Drive Digital Transformation at Christchurch Airport

Christchurch Airport is on a journey to harness digital solutions that enhance operations, improve customer experiences, and drive commercial success. We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to play a key role in delivering impactful digital projects and enabling business units to make the most of new technologies.

You’ll work with the Digital Transformation team, helping shape and execute initiatives that align with our strategic goals. You’ll be a trusted expert, influencing change and ensuring digital solutions deliver real business value.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, you will:

• Drive and support digital transformation projects that bring tangible value
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technology, helping stakeholders navigate digital change
• Collaborate across teams, working closely with IT, BI, and Commercial functions on initiatives
• Champion digital innovation, advocating for data-driven decision-making and process improvement
• Adapt and problem-solve, tackling complex and ambiguous challenges in the changing aviation environment
• Engage with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into meaningful business conversations

What You Bring

• A relevant degree in Technology, Innovation, or Change Management (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or business change
• Hands-on experience with data, analytics, and enterprise systems
• Strong technical and business acumen, with a focus on practical application
• Experience working with third-party technology providers and internal teams to deliver results
