About the Role:
Commercial Partnership Performance Lead
As the Commercial Partnership Performance Lead, you play a key part in our growing Commercial team, ensuring our commercial portfolio performs at its best, with real scope to impact change. You will:
- Engage with senior leaders and executives from our partner entities, overseeing performance, contractual, and financial matters.
- Collaborate closely with finance and legal teams to drive revenue performance and maintain accountability.
- Help shape the way and set direction on how to move the portfolio forward, introducing and shaping a strong trading culture
- Lead initiatives to optimise the revenue delivery of our commercial trading partners within the airport terminal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial performance through strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Lead sales efforts to maximise revenue and achieve commercial goals.
- Manage contracts, ensuring compliance and maximising value.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with a variety of stakeholders.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
About You:
You are an up and coming commercial leader with a proven track record in driving performance and building strong relationships in large-scale commercial environments. Your high commercial acumen and ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders will be crucial in this role.
As an ideal candidate, you have:
- Demonstrated experience in a large-scale commercial environment, such as consumer electronics, leading grocery retailers, telecommunications, or other fast-moving service industries.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in sales leadership, contract management, and financial reporting.
