What’s the opportunity?

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality OSHC and Vacation Care programs? We’re looking for a dedicated Regional Manager to oversee multiple services across Metropolitan Melbourne, South East, Bass Coast and Gippsland areas. In this role, you’ll lead a team of up to three direct reports, driving performance and ensuring the highest standards of care across multiple sites.

As an operational leader in the OSHC sector at the Y, our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OSHC and proven experience managing multiple sites, with a focus on operational excellence and service delivery. You will build strong positive relationships with key stakeholders and school communities, and support the growth and development of our OSHC leaders and services. This role attracts a $104K total package (incl. superannuation).

What will I need?

  • You’ll need to have either completed or be working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification (see the link below) – or willing to enrol in a course
  • You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
  • You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Children’s Check – employee check
